It featured a spacious living area and a comfortable bedroom, with a nice view of the bustling boulevard despite a billboard outside. The hotel had a nostalgic charm with its high ceilings and vintage decor, transporting me back in time. Staff members were friendly and communicated well, helping with directions. the breakfast was lacking, offering only a few basic options in a dim basement setting. The TV size was disappointing, comparable to a desktop monitor, making it hard to watch from a distance. there was no coffee or tea provided in the room, which I expected for a hotel of this caliber.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was unprofessional and rude. They attempted to charge us extra fees without justification, making us feel threatened and uncomfortable. the room itself had a strange odor, and the furniture was outdated, negatively impacting our overall experience.

the location is super central next to the uni and metro. the staff, especially andrea, were so nice and really helped us. the breakfast staff were friendly and tried to make sure we had what we liked. our twin suite was really big and clean, and we had all we needed with a safe and ironing board.

It was just a fitting option for a two-day stay in Bucharest with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff helped my wife confirm our flights, which made our trip easier. Consider parking behind the University of Bucharest for more security.

this was my second stay in bucharest, and comfort suites really exceeded my expectations. the huge room and modern air conditioning made it so comfortable. i loved how close it was to everything, allowing me to explore swiftly!
